Despite a variety of difficult and challenging situations we experienced due to an IMF crisis in 1997, Seungbo E&C Architecture has grown as one of the top architecture companies, and we have proven to provide high competitiveness in quality, management information, technical information, and human resources by continuously fostering professionals, accumulating technical capabilities, and forming a professional optimal design organization through the continuous execution of projects.

In recent years, Seungbo E&C have been successfully executing a multitude of projects for large-scale residential complexes, culture, leisure, commercial businesses, and research facilities, as well as projects for large-scale downtown development. In particular, our capabilities have been recognized in areas that require high-levels of experience and technology such as steelmaking plants, industrial facilities, and projects for improving residential environments.

We pride ourselves on our track record of quality and timely service to our clients in the area of optimal industrial plant designs through project planning, validity investigations, engineering, and the introduction of the BIM. In addition, we are putting great efforts into city regeneration and redevelopment projects, which require a high level of experience and up to date technology, by introducing value engineering to projects for the improvement of residential environment, based on the system of construction management (CM).

Presently, we are seeking overseas advancement by constructing a cooperative network system with overseas experts to gain a competitive advantage in overseas projects implemented by KOICA and EDCF.
